What Comfort Measures and Techniques you can use during An Active Labor
We will review different techniques and ways to increase your endorphins and oxytocin levels during labor to increase your confidence during the delivery of your newborn baby. These include active birthing positions, rebozo use and spinning babies techniques, aromatherapy, breathing and relaxation tools, and many more.
Support Techniques for your Birth Partner
During our workshops, your Birth partner will also receive the information needed to bring comfort techniques to you during your pregnancy, labor and delivery.

As a participant in one of our Empowered Gentle Birth Workshops, you will receive access to the Empowered Gentle Birth Ebook with information and worksheets to help you during your pregnancy and labor.
